Carrera y Marcha Solidaria ASPRODICO

The ASPRODICO Charity Run and Walk is held every October by the Colmenar Viejo association for people with disabilities, with support from the town council. It started in 2019, and every euro raised from entries goes into improving the association's services and facilities so it can help more people.

The start and finish are outside the ASPRODICO centre on Calle Batanes. The course is a 5 km loop mixing tarmac and dirt sections, and 10K runners go round twice. There is a water station as you pass the 5 km mark, a fuller refreshment point at the finish and a 90-minute time limit.

It is a small, friendly event: 45 runners finished the 10K in 2025. You must be at least 16 to run the 10K, and the day also includes a 5 km race, a non-competitive family walk and a 'dorsal 0' for anyone who just wants to donate. Every entrant gets a technical shirt and a goody bag.
