About the race
Iberika Trail Lozoyuela is the mountain race of this Sierra Norte village just off the A-1 motorway. In 2026 it held its 11th edition as one of the stops of the Iberika Trail Comunidad de Madrid 7 Estrellas series, organised by Enphorma with the town hall as sponsor and host.
The short race covers about 11 km with 400 m of climbing and starts and finishes at the same spot in the village. The profile is simple: almost five kilometres of steady climbing to just under 1,270 m, where the aid station sits, followed by a long descent that flattens out over the final stretch.
It is a manageable distance for runners with some mountain experience. Those after more can take on the 25 km long race with 1,100 m of climbing, and there is also a non-competitive hiking route. Local runners from Lozoyuela compete for their own trophy for the first man and first woman in each distance.

Parking
The organiser's map shows two parking areas (P1 and P2) at the southern entrance to the village, by the M-131 road towards Torrelaguna and close to exit 66 of the A-1, a few minutes' walk from the start.
Getting there
ALSA buses from the Plaza de Castilla interchange in Madrid: line 191 (Madrid–Buitrago) and line 194 (Madrid–Rascafría), both stopping in Lozoyuela.
