An 11.4 km night trail race by head torch with 569 m of climbing in the hills around Valdemanco, held in June with a Midsummer party afterwards.
The Iberika Trail Nocturna de Valdemanco is a mountain race run at night by head torch in late June. It is organised by Enphorma, the company behind the Iberika Trail series, and held its third edition in 2026; after the prize-giving the night carries on with a San Juan (Midsummer) party in the square.
The short race is 11.4 km long with 569 m of climbing and starts and finishes in the town hall square. According to the organisers' profile it strings together two climbs: a first one to about 1,375 m and, after dropping back down near the village, a longer one topping out close to 1,450 m before the descent to the finish. There is an aid station around km 6.7.
A head torch is compulsory and a red rear light is recommended. The climbing and the darkness make it a demanding race, open to runners from the cadet category upwards. A 16.5 km long race and a hiking walk take place the same night.
